I can't say enough about Rocky and Michele and their business. I was in town for a day with intense back pain looking for a last minute cold plunge. I was so desperate I ended up texting the number on the website. They accommodated me with in the hour. After the plunge Rocky gave me a hydration drink and without being asked started to diagnose my pain issues. Michele then came in and I ended up getting full myofacial release therapy, and the pain was relieved! They worked together and shared their immense knowledge on everything from training, bodybuilding, wellness, healing therapy and stretching. They left me with homework, stretches to do and an ease of mind. Been doing everything they said, and I feel cured. Needless to say they are two of the most knowledgeable, nicest, and selfless people I have ever met. I can't say or thank them enough.
